Mark Alexander Design Update
We are still operating and continuing with our design artistry and manufacturing throughout current stage four Melbourne restrictions.
Mark and the design team will continue to work remotely from our regional Victoria location, assisting clients throughout Victoria, across Australia and Internationally with new and existing design work and manufacturing.
For new orders and interiors to be completed, we will be continuing our normal design processes and planning from our office location. Now is a great time to work personally with Mark on your home interior design or in designing a special piece of luxury furniture. Start thinking about new work, including lounges and tables that you may require prior to Christmas.
We are available to assist you in any way as it’s work as normal via phone, email or video call. Share your property plans and photos and allow us to show you design possibilities with a personalised video or hand sketched concept from Mark. Mark has the ability to design houses remotely for projects Australia wide and has done so for many years. If absolutely necessary, home consultations can be arranged if Mark deems it needs to be done to get the best result.
Client orders currently in production and manufacture stage
With our production workrooms and factories located throughout various parts of Australia and Internationally, some manufacturing will have no impact. Some of our Melbourne based factories will be closed in line with government guidelines. However, our main manufacturing base is located out of the Melbourne metropolitan area, providing little to no change to production.
Individual clients will be contacted with a personal update on the status of their current order.
Melbourne deliveries and installations
We will still be working to complete local Melbourne deliveries and installations where possible and operating safely while adhering to government guidelines at all times.
Working with clients on completing their residential building projects is still possible and we will be working closely with our client’s specific requirements and following regulations for such projects.
Interstate deliveries and installations
We will continue to operate our regular delivery service to all other states and territories. Our premium transport providers have health protocols in place and for any transport from Victoria to interstate locations our team will be following government guidelines.
Working through COVID-19
We are here for you and look forward to assisting you virtually and corresponding our normal ways. Mark is available as a design consultant during this time. Mark looks forward to continuing his design artistry and manufacturing with each client, unique project and individual piece. Now is a great time to look around the room and improve your home interior. We are fortunate to be busy and hope to assist many others in creating a beautiful luxury interior with artistry and unique points of difference.
